Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, as order processing and preparation begin shortly after confirmation.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Non-Cancellable Products

The following items are not eligible for cancellation:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance events

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
