Exchange & Return Policy
At Srutva Divine Drapes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products may be eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Customized, personalized, altered, or specially ordered sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Return Process
Important Notice
There is no refund policy once an order is booked.
Returns and refunds will only be considered if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A complete unboxing/opening video is provided, recorded continuously from the beginning of opening the parcel until the product is fully revealed.
- The issue is reported within the specified timeframe.
Failure to provide an opening video may result in the claim being rejected.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be offered in the following cases:
- Product defects or damage.
- Incorrect product received.
- Size or color exchange requests (subject to availability).
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may:
- Select another product of equal value, or
- Receive store credit for future purchases.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs and the complete parcel opening video.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process an eligible refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Customized or altered sarees.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Products reported after the specified return window.
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
